Anxiety is YOUR Future Calling You Into Action
No matter what you're doing, you feel like something else is calling you.
Time feels fast and fleeting. Life feels urgent and hurried.
Nothing can happen fast or well enough to YOUR satisfaction.
Admitting something is "good enough" feels final, maybe even defeating.
Satisfaction closes a chapter you may not be ready to close.
This moment is what you'll look back on to judge.
What will matter when you look back on this moment?
Whether you call it masculine energy, resistance, or energy blocks, it shows up in your body and the law of attraction brings to you more reasons to feel however you GENUINELY feel.
Whether you admit it or not, Whether you REALIZE it or not.
Energy moves ALWAYS. What are you doing with your energy?
Abundance manifests in the form of Time, Money, or Energy.
Health, Wealth and Happiness are the pillars I hear most coaches using.
I use Time, Money and Energy as the resources to cultivate.
When one is lacking, I focus on the abundance of energy.
I have felt for months that a BIG shift is coming, but knew not what it was.
This is it. I feel heard.
You reading this is the moment I was anxious to get to.
My anxiety is faded as I write this, even though you're not reading it yet.
Because I trust THIS moment to be exactly where I belong.
MY practice is yoga. 9:00 every morning.
I practice with Adrienne on YouTube, but I have practiced with other teachers and guides.
Some have resonated, others have not.
I've enjoyed working her programs, daily, for quite a while, but WHO you practice with matters not.
What matters is that it's YOUR time. Time to explore your body, to feel your energy move through you, balancing your body in NOW.
Connecting with where you are, appreciating what you can about the moment.
And noticing how it FEELS in your body as you move, as you breathe WITH your body, between one pose and another.
I'll post more about my experience and visualization in yoga when I have a chance, unless I get a request before that, then I'll get to it sooner.
Connecting and balancing. MY energy against gravity.
She uses phrases like, Take up space, Whole body experience, when and how to engage, reminding me to take up space in my own life.
I realized where I was apologizing for ME and asking for permission to take up space.
How does my body flow through each shape? Where does energy gets stuck?
Breathing in and out of my body.
As I breathe IN, I take in LIFE. I am appreciating. If I have pain spots, I listen to those here.
I challenge myself as I breathe out. How far does my body want me to go? Do I want to push or challenge it or respect my body's cries for help?
Sleep is a reset. Actual sleep, not "rest".
While you're resting, you are recovering from the life you've so far manifested.
You might be appreciating, regretting, or resenting.
Appreciating - manifesting more to appreciate
Regretting - wishing you had made different decisions; manifesting more decisions to make, opportunities to do something you'll later THANK yourself for (leave $ in your pocket to find later)
Resenting - blaming someone else and/or their decisions for what YOUR life looks like, whether someone currently in your life or someone challenged something you love; likely manifesting people who take you for granted or bully you. Offering opportunities to set boundaries and challenging people's disrespect when opportunities arise. How much will you tolerate?
To allow disrespect is to avoid confrontation. How bad do you want YOUR respect?
(I'll speak on this later, too, as time allows).
When anxiety is telling you that you'll sleep when you're dead and you don't have time to sleep, you can fight it and pass out from exhaustion because what you were doing at the time felt more important.
It's great that you were enjoying what you were doing. That's great.
You lost track of time, stayed up too late. You forgot you'd have to wake up in the morning.
I had a babysitter for the night. They've got my kids for right now.
But who's waking up with them in the morning?
If I party as late as I want, I can't be surprised when morning comes fast.
Enjoy yourself. Have a good time, but don't forget what's coming up in your near future.
Anxious energy is energy that has no place to go.
If/When you find yourself fidgety or uncomfortable, find something active to do.
The more productive, the better.
"I'm never more productive than when I'm avoiding something else."
When you're anxious, you are seeing more of what's missing (still yet to come) than what you have already manifested or attracted. What are you forgetting to appreciate or not recognizing?
When you look back on this moment, you may miss something about it. What would that be?
Will you wish you made family more important than work?
Will you wish work you took your job more or less seriously?
Disappointment is always the result of unmet expectations.
If you find yourself disappointed often, ask yourself what you're expecting of someone or something.
Can or would YOU do what you're hoping someone else would do, or are you hoping someone will save you from having to do something for yourself?
What can YOU do before you ask someone else?
To hear "God helps those who help themselves" refers to exactly this.
Determined energy can be very inviting.
We, either, want to help or do it FOR them.
We can SENSE their impending success, and we want to be part of THAT.
Resentments can come from THERE.
When someone "lights a fire" under us .....
When someone dares or challenges us to prove them wrong, denying faith in the possibility of your impending success .....
We may moan and groan while they push us. But, in the end, while you proved yourself capable to them, you, yourself, realized just how capable you are.
The drive to prove someone wrong far exceeds what it takes to prove ourselves right.
It is our natural instinct to protect what is important to us, including our beliefs.
What I help you do is challenge YOUR beliefs, but first, we have to discern what YOUR actual beliefs are.
If you're anxious, there is something in your vision of the future YOU are creating that you don't feel quite ready to step into. You may have doubt if you CAN do it, or if you can HANDLE whatever it is.
What THAT is, is the question we're asking.
What you want, who you want to become .... what scares you about BECOMING that person?
When I do my yoga, I am DECIDING how I intend to feel that day, knowing what the day will potentially look like, knowing what may challenge the day I have planned. This allows me to stay grounded, finding myself less reactive.
