Knowing Yael means knowing someone who listens for the unspoken. Dedicated to changing the way we hold our most difficult conversations, she is turning dismissive silence and awkward conversations into UNDERSTANDING and emotions into science.
With a background rooted in empathy and precise inquiry, in a conversation with Yael, before you know it, conversation flows and gets deep. Complex thoughts feel safely examined, instead of confronted. The safety of a private conversation with its value made public.
Conversations that started out publicly gone private, past TIME and RESISTANCE. Guarded conversations become inspiration. What starts out a CHALLENGE becomes a CONNECTION.

My Mission
Yael sees the world from the perspective of someone who lives in a state of HOPE.
After battling and, all but CONQUERING her own confidence and energetic challenges, this site is her way of reconciling the inner work with the physical world she lives in.
Yael, in person, can be a whole lot. After a lifetime of seeking recognition and feeling dismissed, underappreciated, undervalued and underpaid, finally recognizing that the value she brings to the world is her energy and her intention to see the world, not only find their way to success, but to make the journey less bumpy, in any way she can.
The biggest compliment is the one not meant for my ears. She's done trying to gain recognition publicly. Wanting to pay her bills and save her marriage, this site is where she shares HER opinions and insight. In person, she's whoever she feels like that day.
After exhausting all financial resources, time is all she had, so she looked at the energy. She listened to conversations she was having and made complete sense of RESISTANCE.

We don't usually talk about feelings in public. Feelings are awkward and uncomfortable to communicate. Living IN them is what makes them to convey. Naming them is just weird.
So we keep giving, spending, tolerating, explaining, fixing, and proving. Then wonder why we feel depleted, frustrated, or stuck.
That's what this site is about.
